CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY CARRYGOLF, SL SPAIN

Our products are guaranteed by CARRYGOLF, SL. the legal guarantee backed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To access the guarantee is essential to prove the purchase of the product by presenting the ticket or invoice and present warranty certificate.

The guarantee is extended to all countries where the product is distributed by Carrygolf SL. This guarantee is subjected to the spanish laws.

Guarantee terms

  • Electric trolleys have guarantee period of 2 years from the time of delivery. Batteries guarantee is one year.
  • It ensures conformity of the product according to the use for which it is intended.
  • During the warranty period, we will fix without charge any defect due to its manufacture, either repairing, replacing parts or providing a new trolley depending on every case. To have the trolley repaired, the owner must send the product to our technical service.

Null mind warranty

This guarantee is not valid in the case of: misuse, inappropriate use of the product, improper handling of it to unauthorized person, the deterioration of the product due to external agents such as lime or other products harmful chemicals, obstructive or corrosive due to inadequate maintenance, a lack of cleanliness or the use of non-original spare parts for the brand. Also no guarantee this will cv breakdowns or missing operating voltages produced by power plants and install  incorrect.

This warranty does not include: plastic or aesthetic pieces that are claimed by the break after first use.

Does not cover normal wear and tear or maintenance or replacement of consumables such as tires and wheels.

This product has been designed for use solely and exclusively for private use and the warranty does not cover professional use, rent or use for purposes not specified.

This guarantee does not affect the rights holder in accordance with the provisions laid down in Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users
