Installation can be tricky due to the high quality of the rubber.
Follow these tips:

1. Fill a bucket with very hot water to soften the rubber.
2. Submerge the tire in the bucket.
3. Let the tires soak in the very hot water for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the tires from the bucket one by one and proceed with installation.
5. Using a (bicycle) tire lever will make the process much easier.
Note: This is the easiest installation method.
