- 2 year warranty on the main structure, motors and drivers of our trolleys.
- 1 year warranty on the battery and charger.
- The warranty does not extend to cover damage or wear or to damage cause by third parties during rentals unless Carrygolf have given prior agreement.

Carrygolf sells the products direct from our offices or via web. In the latter case, we always sent the product to the delivery address indicated in the purchase: home, business or directly to your golf course.

By previous appointment, you can pick up your trolley directly in our instalations at Santa Coloma de Farners. We have different trolleys you can try in our test area to demonstrate all the functions that are available and answer all your questions.

No refunds are admitted unless the products are not in perfect condition or carrygolf makes a mistake delivering a different product to you. To receive this refund, you must contact us. When you receive the new trolley, you have to give the other one to the transport company properly packaged, with all its original components and packaging receipts.
